Do I have the option of contactless delivery to prevent COVID-19?
USPS is our courier. You can contact them for your shipping once it departs from our warehouse, and let the know you prefer a contactless delivery.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Please note that even though our couriers are working really hard to get your orders delivered on time, your order may be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Sometimes the waiting time can go up to 7 depending on certain times of the year or if the network is under heavy load.
How can I take my refund?
At Xena we offer a 30 days policy no questions asked refund. You can send us back the products that are still sealed and not expired, and once we receive them we will process your refund for you. You will get your money back within 2-10 business days (depending on the payment method you checked out with).
My order is missing an item - what do I do?
Human errors can always happen. Let us know and we will ship it free of charge for you. However, do not take advantage of it, because we have strict checking mechanism in place to see what actually goes into each of our orders before it gets sealed for delivery.
